Kindly click the recharge button on the homepage of or click the VIP button found in the game. In the store click the VIP tab, fill out the necessary information then click “Join Now”. Make sure to complete all payment procedures to ensure your subscription.
How do I cancel my VIP subscription?
If you would like to cancel your VIP subscription, please sign in to your Gamestt account and then click on "My Account" -> "Payment History" -> VIP Subscription, and you will be shown all the active VIP subscription on your account. Click on "Cancel" next to the subscription you would like to remove.


1.VIP subscription cancellation is only for recurring VIP renewals and not single VIP purchases.

2.Once you have cancelled your subscription it will end at the end of your current billing cycle.

Is the VIP status/balance refundable?
The VIP status/balance is strictly not refundable and is not transferrable.
I've been charged but I did not receive my VIP status/balance.What should I do ?

1. Please make sure you have selected the correct game and server.

2. VIP status and balance may take a short time to arrive, please be patient.
